Customer Relationship Manager (MBA – Fresher)

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for partner institutions, students and other stakeholders of EduSkills Foundation. This full‑time, on‑site role in Delhi focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure high engagement and satisfaction with the organization’s education and skilling programs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about EduSkills programs.
• Coordinate onboarding, support activities and follow‑ups for partners and students.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and generate regular reports.
• Assist in planning and executing events, workshops and webinars.
• Collect feedback, analyse stakeholder needs and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Represent EduSkills professionally in all interactions and help strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• MBA graduate (Marketing, Operations or related) – fresher candidates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle meetings, events and follow‑ups.
• Interest in education, skilling and social impact sectors.
• Prior internship or project experience in a customer‑facing role is an advantage.
