About the role
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager will lead the design and execution of customer relationship strategies for Gulshan Group’s luxury real‑estate portfolio in Noida. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customer data to generate actionable insights that drive acquisition and retention.
- Segment markets and identify target audience groups for personalized outreach.
- Develop and manage sales initiatives aligned with the company’s vision.
- Oversee CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven analytical ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and teamwork.
- Experience in sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Project‑management capability to lead CRM initiatives.
Required skills
