Customer Relationship Management Executive

About the role

Diya Greencity Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Management Executive to work from home. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are handled promptly and professionally while supporting the company’s real‑estate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls using the Exotel IVR system.
• Communicate with customers via a verified WhatsApp Business device.
• Send updates, follow‑ups, and official communications through Google Workspace email.
• Maintain and update customer records using Google Forms and Google Drive.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and analysis with Microsoft Excel and Word on a Microsoft 365 Business Standard account.
• Provide timely updates on customer queries, issues, and resolutions.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer support, CRM, or telesales is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a quiet environment.
• Reliable laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
