About the role
Two7 Address Makers, a boutique luxury real estate developer, is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions throughout the entire customer journey, from the first walk‑in to post‑booking support. The role is based in Bhubaneswar, working across the Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow‑ups.
- Welcome and coordinate walk‑in clients and scheduled site visits.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients on documentation, payments, and booking status.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams to resolve client queries.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with customers after booking.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Odia; Hindi is a plus.
- Presentable with a customer‑first attitude.
- Willingness to work across both office locations, including weekends.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using CRM tools.
