Customer Operations Associate

About the role

Forma.ai is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to own the ongoing operations for a portfolio of customers. You will work closely with clients to help them maximize the value of the platform, automate reporting, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own rule building, process execution, reporting, dashboarding, and product support for assigned customers.
• Create automated financial and sales performance reports to improve visibility and automation.
• Support design projects with analysis, financial modelling, workshops, and presentation of findings.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and new platform features.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and roll out enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in tech implementation, management consulting, or a similar quantitative role.
• Strong experience working with large datasets and understanding of database logic and workflow architecture.
• Analytical problem‑solving, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
