About the role
Honeywell is seeking a Customer Experience Professional to manage core return inquiries, recoveries, and billing for its aviation customers. The role involves direct interaction with customers via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to core returns via phone and email.
- Contact customers to recover cores by the due date.
- Bill customers for late return fees according to SPEX terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service during critical situations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of aircraft parts.
- Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software.
