About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Operations team on an International Voice Process. As a Customer Experience Advisor you will handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and ensure a high‑quality experience for our global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns over calls following defined processes.
• Deliver a consistent, professional, and high‑quality customer experience.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer information and interaction details.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions properly.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance, and process requirements.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome.
• 6+ months of relevant BPO/operations/customer‑service experience preferred for experienced candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑handling and interpersonal abilities.
• Active listening, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to accurately capture details and maintain documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• No pending academic backlogs.
