Customer Engagement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join our call centre team. The role involves reaching out to prospects, managing interactions and supporting customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and regularly update lists of individuals’ contact details.
• Record all successful and unsuccessful contact attempts.
• Make outbound calls to clients/customers based on the provided list.
• Maintain and update call records in the database/CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a caller, telecaller or in a similar role (freshers may also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi or Bengali.
• Strong listening ability and professional objection handling.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Target‑driven attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
