Customer Delight Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Delight Associate to join Bolt.Earth’s fast‑growing EV charging network in Bengaluru. In this full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for EV users, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, email and chat.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems and deliver appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and coordinate with internal teams to achieve timely closure.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate insights to product and process teams.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure positive outcomes.
• Update FAQs, help guides and support documentation.
• Capture customer feedback and share actionable recommendations.
• Consistently meet SLA, response time, resolution time, CSAT and productivity targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, contact centre or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable handling voice, email and chat channels.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast‑paced environment.
