About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Contact Communications Associate to join its Customer Support vertical. You will help resolve customer queries, manage escalations and complaints, and ensure issues are closed within agreed Service Level Agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
- Close faults and complaints within defined SLA targets.
- Perform analysis and solve lower‑complexity problems.
- Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on case status.
- Follow moderate‑level instructions and detailed guidance for new assignments.
Required profile
- Adaptable and flexible, able to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in email and chat handling.
