Key responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and queries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve order, delivery, return and exchange concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help customers make the right product decisions based on their needs.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, maintaining brand reputation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand values.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
• Sharp mind, strong common sense and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Patient, confident and able to speak comfortably with customers.
• Smart and professional personality suitable for a customer‑facing role.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
