Customer Care Executive

About the role

Desai Homes, a leading Indian real‑estate developer, is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its teams in Calicut and Trivandrum. The role focuses on handling customer interactions, following up on inquiries, and supporting collection activities while maintaining a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone, messages, and email.
• Follow up with customers on pending queries, service updates, and payment reminders.
• Coordinate collection activities and ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment status in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture positive relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, support, or collections.
• Strong communication skills in English; Malayalam is a plus.
• Ability to manage follow‑ups and handle conversations professionally.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with good organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
