Customer Care Executive – Inbound Voice (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Customer Care Executive will join an inbound voice team in Hyderabad, handling customer calls and delivering professional support. You will be the first point of contact for queries, complaints, and information requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries promptly.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, appropriate solutions.
• Share information about products, services, and processes as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Record interactions and follow‑up activities accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in an inbound voice environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Freshers: ₹16,000 per month plus incentives and two‑way transport.
• Experienced: ₹19,000 CTC per month plus incentives and two‑way transport.
• Travel allowance of ₹2,000 if the cab facility is not chosen.
