Customer Care Executive – Inbound & Outbound Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Executive to join our call centre team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Handle customer queries over the phone following approved scripts.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the call‑center database.
• Participate in regular up‑skilling sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required profile

• A higher degree is an advantage (pursuing a degree is not allowed).
• Previous experience in a customer support role is highly valued.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills in English, with active listening.
• Good written communication abilities.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to adapt to different personality types.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications for data entry and record keeping.
