Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance custom software components across multiple systems. You will work with modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute solutions to technical problems and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to microservices architecture and design patterns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in an onsite environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
