Custom Software Engineer

About the role

The Custom Software Engineer will design, code, and enhance bespoke software components that meet specific business requirements. Working within an agile environment, you will use modern frameworks to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software applications using SAP FIORI and Gateway architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Optimize existing components for performance, reliability, and usability.
• Document code, design decisions, and deployment procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with SAP FIORI/Gateway.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
