Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance bespoke software components across multiple systems. You will work with modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Automate processes across the infrastructure and observability stack.
• Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work across various infrastructure platforms.

Required skills

• Python (advanced programming).
• Linux operating system fundamentals.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, and REST APIs.
• Infrastructure as Code basics.
• GenAI / Agentic AI application knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Exposure to multi‑cloud or hybrid environments.
