About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop and enhance bespoke software solutions. The role involves building full‑stack applications using modern Python frameworks and front‑end technologies, delivering high‑performance, scalable systems that meet specific business requirements.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications.
Build and integrate React.js or Angular front‑end applications with Python back‑end services.
Create reusable UI components and responsive web interfaces.
Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
Develop and expose REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask or Django REST Framework.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and production support activities.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
4+ years of Python full‑stack development experience.
Strong hands‑on experience with React.js and/or Angular.
Proven ability to build secure, high‑performance web applications and integrate APIs.
