Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance bespoke software components that meet specific business needs. You will work with modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver high‑performing, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, construct, and configure applications tailored to business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust, efficient code using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing with Spring Boot.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently within an agile environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, microservices, and lightweight architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Hands‑on experience with database management systems and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
