About the role
We are expanding our culinary team at Kesar Bagh Palace in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The palace offers a professional hospitality environment where you can develop your culinary skills and work with a dedicated kitchen team.
Required profile
- Bakery CDP/DCDP – strong knowledge of bakery production, preparation, presentation and kitchen hygiene.
- Chinese Commi II – practical experience in Chinese cuisine, mise‑en‑place and consistent food preparation.
- Tandoor Commi II – experienced in tandoor operations, Indian breads, kebabs and related preparations.
- Continental Commi II – knowledge of continental cuisine, basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred – candidates available to start right away.
