About the role
The CRM Executive will support the water‑treatment business by managing client information, handling inquiries and tracking sales and service activities. The role uses CRM platforms to streamline operations and ensure high‑quality customer communication.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing technical support and product information.
- Track sales pipelines, service requests and revenue generation.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects and assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a CRM or customer‑relationship role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with water‑treatment products or related industrial services is a plus.
