About the role

As a Crew Team Member you will be the front‑line representative of the restaurant, delivering a friendly and efficient service to guests. The role offers flexible part‑time or full‑time hours and provides a solid foundation for personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment when required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Flexible availability for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and late‑night shifts.
• Basic numeracy and communication skills.
