Credentialing Manager

About the role

As a Credentialing Manager at CertifyOS, you will lead multiple Credentialing Team Leads and oversee the end‑to‑end credentialing operations for healthcare providers. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own client health KPIs, drive operational excellence, and meet SLA targets while maintaining high quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce errors, and increase automation adoption.
• Manage business continuity by anticipating risks, creating mitigation plans, and handling external disruptions.
• Lead and mentor Credentialing Team Leads, set performance expectations, and conduct regular 1:1s.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows, communicate performance insights to senior leadership, and surface improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a high‑volume operations environment, managing multiple team leads.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance trends and implement improvements.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem‑solving skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance.
