Creative Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer who thrives in dynamic environments and can turn big ideas into tangible productions. The role involves managing the full production lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed creative expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end production planning, including budgets, timelines, call sheets and logistics, aligning financial constraints with creative vision.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of creators, actors, photographers, stylists, equipment houses and location partners for rapid deployment.
• Provide on‑the‑spot problem solving and adapt plans as challenges arise.
• Coordinate shoots, manage on‑ground execution, and act as liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Travel to shoot locations, recon sites and oversee production across multiple venues.
• Handle projects across diverse categories such as food & beverage, fashion, lifestyle, events, ad films, FMCG and emerging apps, tailoring the production approach to each.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production—agency, film, events or brand content—with a clear understanding of how to execute creative concepts.
• Curious, solution‑oriented mindset that enjoys tackling logistical puzzles.
• Active, growing network within the creative and production ecosystem.
• Strong organisational and negotiation abilities; production is as much about people as logistics.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on, office‑based environment.
