Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

Mistry Marketing is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to turn ideas into visually engaging designs that make an impact. The role focuses on branding, visual communication, and digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Design marketing creatives for advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Produce banners, promotional graphics, website creatives, product graphics, and other digital marketing assets.
• Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, content, and advertising teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts.
• Generate multiple design variations for A/B testing and adapt creatives for different digital formats.
• Maintain organized design files and reusable brand assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand marketing objectives behind designs.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Open to feedback and revisions, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to experiment with new ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
