Creative Director – Senior Managing Consultant

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a Creative Director (Senior Managing Consultant) to lead the Advisors Creative Desk globally. The role will shape the next‑generation creative operating model, leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to boost quality, productivity and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing creative organization across regions, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning.
• Define and execute scalable processes, governance frameworks and quality standards for global delivery.
• Drive adoption of AI‑enabled workflows, automation and emerging technologies to improve creative quality, speed‑to‑market and consistency.
• Identify and implement workflow and tooling enhancements that increase efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with global stakeholders to capture feedback and continuously enhance services and client experience.
• Develop talent capabilities through AI fluency, experimentation and skill growth.
• Use data and performance metrics to optimise delivery outcomes, resource utilisation and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Quantify and communicate the value generated from operational improvements and AI adoption.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in creative operations, in‑house agencies or marketing services within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record building and scaling high‑performing global creative delivery organisations and capability centres.
• Strong expertise in AI, automation and emerging creative technologies with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary global teams and driving organisational change.
• Commercially minded with ability to balance creative quality and business outcomes.
• Background in top global network agencies and a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
