Courier – Operational Processes

About the role

The Courier is responsible for completing operational processes at FedEx stations and hub locations, including ramp, sort, courier and dispatch activities. The role ensures that all processes are performed safely, accurately and on time, supporting FedEx’s commitment to reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete operational processes at station and hub locations.
• Perform ramp and sort operations as required.
• Execute courier and dispatch tasks.
• Ensure safety standards are met during all activities.
• Maintain timely delivery of packages and documentation.
• Follow FedEx procedures and quality guidelines.
