About the role

Bharat Supply is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Courier based in Pattukkottai. The role involves picking up and delivering packages, documents and goods on assigned routes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will interact directly with customers and coordinate with the logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify orders, secure items for transport, and load them onto the delivery vehicle.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to drop off packages, obtain signatures or payments as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile devices or delivery apps.
• Communicate delivery status and any issues promptly to customers and dispatch staff.
• Report delays, damages or other incidents to the logistics coordinator.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, and comply with local traffic regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with clear communication and professional interaction.
• Experience or knowledge in logistics management and transportation routing.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and familiarity with navigating Pattukkottai.
• Ability to lift and carry packages safely and remain on foot for extended periods.
• Basic record‑keeping ability and comfort using mobile devices for delivery tracking.
• Reliability, punctuality and capacity to work under time‑sensitive conditions; prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
