Cost Manager – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cost Manager to join a dynamic, internationally focused cost management team supporting high‑profile construction and real‑estate projects across European markets. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate cost planning, quantity surveying and commercial advisory services from feasibility through project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility cost estimates, detailed cost plans and budgets for commercial, hospitality and residential developments.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and cost analysis from design documentation at all project stages.
• Deliver cost management services for occupier‑ and investor‑led projects, applying NRM and SMM7 measurement standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate design, procurement and estimation risks.
• Raise RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications to ensure cost accuracy.
• Maintain high‑quality reporting, proposal writing and project documentation.
• Support project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Contribute to business development, bids and team collaboration activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management or construction commercial management.
• Strong technical understanding of cost planning, quantity take‑offs and construction cost estimation.
• Experience on commercial office, hospitality, hotel, residential or fit‑out projects (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with European construction methodologies and measurement standards such as NRM and SMM7.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem‑solving capabilities.
