Cost Manager – Construction Cost Management

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Manager to join our European Cost Management team based in Hyderabad. The role involves delivering cost estimates, detailed cost plans and risk mitigation for a variety of construction projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans for European projects.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs from design information at different design stages.
• Apply measurement codes such as NRM and SMM7 and work with CostX software.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate risks associated with design and cost estimates.
• Support the Cost Lead, contribute to bids and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver cost plans for occupier and investor clients from inception to completion.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• MRICS qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with commercial office, hotel/hospitality or residential fit‑out projects is desirable.
