About the role
The company is seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver product, process and soft‑skill training for its call‑center agents in Indore. You will be responsible for designing and conducting sessions that improve customer interaction quality and financial market knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver training modules covering product, process, SOP, communication, sales and compliance topics.
- Coach agents on English pronunciation, grammar, and cultural nuances.
- Provide financial market training on Forex and COMEX, including on‑the‑job and refresher sessions.
- Monitor performance, develop action plans for low‑performing staff and ensure certification completion.
Required profile
- Minimum graduate or post‑graduate qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant training or coaching experience.
- Strong verbal communication, enthusiastic and innovative attitude.
- Knowledge of global financial markets, especially Forex and COMEX.
