Corporate Trainer – Personal Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Trainer specialized in Personal Finance to join our Mumbai office. You will create and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower our teams and clients to make informed financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve training curricula covering budgeting, investing, tax planning and debt management.
• Facilitate classroom‑style workshops, webinars and on‑the‑job sessions for internal and client‑facing audiences.
• Create assessments, track learner progress and measure the impact of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Customize learning modules for different experience levels and integrate behavioral and data‑driven insights.
• Collect feedback, refine materials and promote a culture of financial literacy across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of personal finance and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven experience in corporate training, curriculum design or facilitation.
• Understanding of basic accounting, financial statements and tax implications.
• Relevant degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business; L&D certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and adapting content for varied audiences.
