About the role
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Trainer to lead onboarding and continuous learning for new joiners. You will be responsible for delivering training on company software, policies, SOPs, and business processes while creating and maintaining up‑to‑date training materials.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees covering software applications, policies, SOPs, and business processes.
- Develop and regularly update training content such as videos, policy documents, and SOPs.
- Run periodic refresher sessions to communicate updates in software, policies, and procedures.
- Provide clarification, re‑training, and support to ensure full comprehension of systems and processes.
- Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in employee training or a similar role.
- Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent communication, patience, and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn and use ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or similar software tools.
