Corporate Strategy Manager

About the role

The Business Strategy team at Tata Communications is looking for a Manager – Corporate Strategy to drive long‑term strategic planning across the organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with function heads to align the Annual Operating Plan with the company’s strategic imperatives and provide market insights that shape key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to senior management, business leaders and functional heads.
• Analyse business scenarios, market trends, regulatory and macro‑economic factors to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead the execution of corporate strategy projects, from scoping and resource allocation to delivery and control.
• Develop and evaluate strategic investments, new product, region and service entry strategies.
• Form and lead cross‑functional ad‑hoc teams to ensure project completion.
• Identify and improve existing processes, methods and techniques.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative in unstructured environments.
• Strong structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Functional knowledge across finance, operations, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
