Corporate Security GRC Leader

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Corporate Security GRC Leader to join its Corporate Security team in Bangalore. The role focuses on security governance, risk, and compliance across the group, helping to anticipate regulatory changes, manage contracts, and reduce strategic risks.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and anticipate security regulations in relevant geographies and assess their impact on Airbus businesses.
• Support the inclusion of security clauses in third‑party contracts and ensure alignment across divisions.
• Develop and maintain a security compliance framework based on an internal referential to address a complex regulatory landscape.
• Build and operate a security risk management framework, collecting, aggregating, and reporting risks across the group.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies for security‑related projects.
• Lead the local security team, driving improvements in quality, cost, and timeliness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, security governance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of international law, compliance, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to integrity and awareness of compliance risks.
