Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter based in India to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for permanent internal positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs, craft compelling candidate profiles, and ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and create effective job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and internal talent networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Represent the organization’s culture and values through job postings, career events, and social media.
• Develop sourcing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
• Utilize ATS and HR analytics tools to track metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment legislation, and diversity requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate or in‑house recruiting experience, preferably in IT services, technology, or a fast‑paced professional environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Commitment to delivering an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
