Corporate Recruiter

About the role

The Corporate Recruiter will lead campus‑based talent acquisition for entry‑level sales positions, building strong relationships with colleges and universities while promoting the company’s brand to attract high‑potential candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source a high volume of applicants each week through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with selected colleges and universities.
• Guide candidates from initial interest through the full application process.
• Organise and execute on‑campus recruiting events and career fairs.
• Participate in external events to raise company visibility among prospective talent.
• Collect and analyse data on application numbers within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to meet hiring targets.
• Assist in creating innovative marketing approaches for PLS Logistics Services.
• Support overall organisational growth by identifying motivated individuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or sales.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and travel overnight when required.
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
