Corporate Real Estate Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Team Member to support the consolidation, management and optimisation of our leased and owned property portfolio across multiple cities. The role involves data collation, stakeholder coordination and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate property data from ADMS and other sources, maintaining an up‑to‑date property master.
• Analyse city‑wise lease and owned property details to identify opportunities for merging locations based on seat requirements.
• Coordinate with business unit admins and key stakeholders to propose and execute space consolidation plans for the next 3‑5 years.
• Work with interior project teams to align designs with corporate standards and obtain necessary approvals.
• Track lease renewals, surrender processes, deposit refunds and statutory documentation, ensuring timely hand‑overs to finance and legal teams.
• Prepare cost‑comparison NFA (No Further Action) reports and support smooth employee relocations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for property data, supporting automation and MIS reporting.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in real estate or property management.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Post‑graduate diploma in Real Estate Management; MBA in Operations, Facilities Management or Real Estate is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, lease administration and property data systems (e.g., ADMS).
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and present recommendations.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
