Corporate Lawyer – 2-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a principled legal professional with solid experience in corporate law to join our team in Ranchi. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance across our solar‑energy business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely legal counsel on labor law, partnerships, international ventures and other corporate matters.
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and manage a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure strict adherence to local, state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of legal documents, filings and corporate governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB); Master of Laws (LLM) is highly desirable.
• Valid license to practice law and active registration with the Bar Council.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate or reputable firm environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research tools and staying updated on legislative changes.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
