Corporate Event Host / Emcee

About the role

Goodera is looking for a dynamic Event Host/Emcee to lead corporate volunteering experiences for its clients in Indore. You will be the face of the event, ensuring that each volunteering activity runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on participants.

Key responsibilities

• Host and manage corporate volunteering events from start to finish.
• Represent Goodera, maintaining high standards of engagement and experience.
• Communicate clearly with volunteers, building strong connections.
• Handle event logistics: material preparation, setup, instructions, and contingency planning.
• Capture memorable moments and create post‑event highlights.
• Coordinate with partner non‑profits and beneficiaries to close the impact loop.
• Adapt quickly to on‑site changes and resolve issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Strong passion for social impact and volunteering.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end event logistics.
