Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will lead integrated communication initiatives across product, corporate, executive and internal domains to strengthen brand reputation and support business objectives. This senior position requires an experienced automotive communications professional with strong writing, media relations and executive presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute communication programmes for vehicle launches, product updates, technology stories and brand campaigns.
• Develop corporate storytelling, manage reputation, and drive thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Create leadership messaging, speeches, presentations and coordinate executive visibility programmes.
• Support employee engagement, leadership communication and organisational announcements.
• Build and maintain relationships with automotive, business and mainstream media.
• Manage communication agencies to ensure proactive, high‑quality delivery.
• Assist with issues and crisis communications, including preparedness and rapid response.
• Track automotive trends, competitor activity and emerging issues to provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, After‑Sales, Product Planning, HR, Legal, Manufacturing and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Journalism, Public Relations, MBA, Communications or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of relevant experience in corporate, product or executive communications, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to work under short lead times and manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
