Creative Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of social‑first video content for our brand clients. You will translate ideas and scripts into compelling reels, short‑form videos and behind‑the‑scenes assets that align with each brand’s tone and platform requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and shoot reels, short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes footage and brand‑led social assets.
• Develop production plans, shot lists, moodboards, location and talent briefs, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Oversee on‑set execution, directing talent, framing shots, lighting and ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate with production houses, videographers, photographers, stylists, editors and vendors to keep shoots on schedule.
• Manage post‑production workflow, create rough‑cut edits, review final edits and ensure delivery matches creative direction.
• Track project timelines, revisions and final exports while maintaining communication between internal teams, clients and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative or agency production, content creation or film production.
• Strong understanding of reels, short‑form video formats, social trends and platform‑first storytelling.
• Hands‑on shooting experience with smartphones, DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic production setups.
• Basic editing knowledge and ability to assemble rough cuts.
• Excellent eye for framing, pacing, lighting, music and visual composition.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with brands, creators, influencers and production partners.
