Corporate Communication Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Communication Manager to lead our communications strategy and strengthen our brand reputation. The role involves shaping internal and external messaging, guiding a dedicated team, and acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the communications team in executing PR campaigns, media relations, and internal communication initiatives.
• Manage external communications, including press releases, media inquiries, and public announcements.
• Serve as the company spokesperson, maintaining positive relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee crisis communication planning and response to protect reputation during emergencies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media coverage to identify proactive communication opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on data insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Communications preferred.
• 8‑12 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in the airports industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Extensive experience in crisis communication and issues management.
• Strong network with media outlets and industry influencers.
