Corporate Audit Executive (PwD only)

About the role

Assist the Manager in developing and executing the annual audit plan while taking a lead role in day‑to‑day internal audit execution. Contribute to the Internal Audit function by identifying risks linked to business objectives and evaluating controls to improve risk management, governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with auditees to finalize audit dates and collect relevant documents for the Audit Planning Memorandum.
• Identify transactional discrepancies using ERP/MIS data, exception reports or manual analysis.
• Develop risk‑based test plans, select appropriate audit approaches and sampling criteria.
• Evaluate process design and control effectiveness, documenting weaknesses and providing evidential support.
• Propose practical, value‑added recommendations to address control gaps and inefficiencies.
• Prepare concise audit reports and present major observations to auditee hierarchy or audit committee.
• Support closure of open audit issues and assist in evolving the internal audit methodology.
• Provide consultative support on risk management processes across various business functions.

Required profile

• Education: B.Com or BAF.
• Core competencies: Critical thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, SAP ERP, MS Office, report writing.
• Behavioral competencies: Confidentiality, objectivity, communication, judgment, positive outlook.
• Additional requirements: Willingness to travel; PwD able to work independently without tool support.
