Corporate Attorney – India, Europe & UK

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑senior Corporate Attorney to serve as the legal engine for our operations across India, Europe and the UK. You will act as the primary point of contact for commercial contracts, corporate governance, and data‑privacy compliance, translating complex legal concepts into clear business guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate B2B technology contracts and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, DMA, DSA and related data‑privacy regulations.
• Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate with local counsel to navigate UK and EU legal requirements.
• Provide concise legal advice to cross‑functional teams, balancing risk and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree with enrollment in the Bar Council of India.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience handling UK and/or EU legal matters.
• Prior experience at a UK/EU law firm or in‑house legal department dealing with UK/EU issues.
• Strong English communication skills, capable of translating legal language for business stakeholders.
