Corporate Attorney – India, Europe & UK (Hybrid Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑senior corporate attorney to become a key business partner for our global legal team. The role supports commercial, corporate and regulatory matters across India, Europe and the UK, working primarily during UK/CET business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as MSAs, DPAs, reseller and vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Support corporate governance, entity maintenance and conduct M&A due diligence.
• Provide advice on GDPR, UK GDPR, DMA, DSA, NIS2 and other EU technology regulations.
• Guide employment law issues across India, the UK and the EU.
• Manage disputes and pre‑litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel.
• Develop playbooks, templates and self‑service legal tools to scale support.

Required profile

• LL.B. from a recognized Indian law school and enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• UK legal education with at least four years of professional experience in the UK or EU.
• Five to eight years of experience handling cross‑border commercial/tech transactions, either in‑house or at a law firm.
• Strong understanding of international B2B tech contracts under English/EU law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently across time zones and jurisdictions.
