Cooking Helper (Full‑time Kitchen Support)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cooking Helper to join our kitchen team in Hyderabad. You will work side‑by‑side with chefs and kitchen staff, assisting with basic food preparation and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organize utensils, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food‑safety standards at all times.
• Assist with dish plating, service preparation, and timely meal delivery.
• Receive, store, and rotate supplies while minimizing waste.
• Support senior kitchen team members across different shifts as needed.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and a genuine interest in a professional kitchen.
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food‑safety practices in a commercial setting.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary vocational training is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
