Cook / Chef – Healthy Food Cloud Kitchen

About the role

We are a growing healthy food cloud kitchen looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious bowls, salads, wraps and snacks. The role involves cooking vegetarian dishes, maintaining quality standards and supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare healthy bowls, salads, wraps and other menu items according to standardized recipes.
• Cook vegetables, grains, pulses, paneer, tofu and other vegetarian products.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
• Follow FIFO for ingredients, ensure proper storage and handle food safety practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers, manage basic inventory checks and keep the workstation clean.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, cloud kitchen or QSR.
• Knowledge of vegetarian cooking and ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety and ability to work quickly during peak hours.
• Punctual, reliable, responsible with good teamwork and communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary ₹18,000‑20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
