Controller Coordinator

About the role

Dow is seeking a Controller Coordinator to provide consistent cost accounting support and reporting to internal stakeholders. This full‑time position is based in Navi Mumbai and offers a hybrid work environment, combining office presence with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end closing activities, generate and review time‑entry and invoicing reports across multiple systems.
• Propose accruals for contract labor and utilize Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access and Excel for financial analysis.
• Monitor functional mailboxes and personal email to respond to stakeholder inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of work processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified CMA/CA (fresher) or Inter‑CMA/Inter‑CA/MBA with at least 1 year of costing and accounting experience.
• B.Com/M.Com or a related degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.
• Relocation assistance is not available.
