Controller Coordinator (Financial)

About the role

Dow is seeking a Controller Coordinator to deliver superior cost‑accounting support and reporting to internal stakeholders. This hybrid position blends month‑end financial closing with process improvement and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end closing activities, generate and review time‑entry and invoicing reports across multiple systems.
• Propose accruals for contract labour and leverage Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access and MS Excel for accurate financial data.
• Monitor functional mailboxes and personal email to respond to inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of work processes, and drive automation or process‑improvement initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified CMA/CA (fresher) or Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with at least 1 year of costing/accounting experience.
• B.Com/M.Com or related degree with 2 + years of costing/accounting experience.
• Highly motivated, strong business interest, proactive communicator, and fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones; relocation assistance not available.
